We take pride in consistently delivering superior and reliable service, a broad scope of services and an exemplary safety record.  We’re currently seeking an IT Help Desk Tech to join our team.

The IT Help Desk Tech is responsible for assisting all employees with their questions in person, via phone and electronically regarding any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.


IT Help Desk Tech

  • Researches questions using a variety of manuals and resources
  • Partners with vendors to resolve issues
  • Seeks solutions for all questions addressed to them
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues
  • Advises end user on appropriate actions
  • Follows standard help desk procedures and practices
  • Logs all help desk interactions in ticket system
  • Redirects problems to appropriate vendor or resource
  • Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention
  • Provides timely follow-up throughout the life of the ticket
  • Documents resolutions and new procedures
  • Remains current with company system information, changes and updates

Job Requirements


  • 2-4 years IT related support & customer service experience
  • Knowledge/Experience in basic networking fundamentals & troubleshooting basics
  • Experience with account management in Active Directory and Office365
  • Prior experience building workstations & supporting mobile devices
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service best practices
  • Related experience, training and certifications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Problem analysis and resolution 
  • Adaptability planning and organizing
  • Attention to detail and stress tolerance
